Birthday Song AI generates a short personalized song from the details you provide. Lyrics are written by an AI model and recorded by a music model. Output varies — the same answers will not produce the same song twice.
Your license to the song
When you pay, you get a perpetual, non-exclusive, personal-use license to the finished track: play it at a party, send it, post it on social media, keep it forever. You may not resell it, license it, use it in paid advertising, broadcast it, or claim you performed it. The underlying models' terms also apply.
What you may not make
- Content that impersonates a real person, especially a public figure.
- Harassment, hate, sexual content, or anything aimed at a minor.
- Prompts naming real artists to imitate their voice or style.
- Commercial jingles, political advertising, or anything designed to deceive.
We may refuse or remove a generation that breaks these rules. If a generation is refused, you are not charged.
Names and consent
You confirm you have the right to use the name and details you submit, and that the birthday person would not object to a song about them. Do not submit someone else's private information without their knowledge.
Payments
Prices are one-time and shown before checkout, including regional pricing. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Payment is processed by a third-party provider; their terms apply to the transaction.
No guarantee
We aim for a song you would actually send, but we cannot guarantee a specific quality, pronunciation, or length. You hear a 20-second preview before paying, which is the point of the preview.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the song in question.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
